Dusty, glass and floor are dirty and lack personal amenities

The glass walls and terrace floor are dusty and dirty. Seems the room was not swept or cleaned. Personal amenities like soap, shampoo and etc are good for 1 person only. Hot shower difficult to mix, it gets really to hot that it could burn your skin by accident. Room is infested by mosquitoes. The hotel does not have concierge service. We have to carry our luggage from the parking lot to check in. Breakfast is a downer, I mean who serve instant coffee for breakfast?
