our 2nd stay. we love the hotel and the room. 1st day we checked in , the executive room was unavailable, thus we were given family room which was much smaller than the executive room. we did not agree as we had stayed in the executive room before. the staffs was excellent in responding to us whereby we were replaced with connecting double room and free breakfast for everyone in our group. and excellently they gave us good service to transfer us to executive room next day

Overpriced Hotel!
Reception Staff very friendly. Rooms large. Towels in bathrooms as thin a tea towels. This hotel is nothing special and far too expensive for the product supplied. The next time I am in Hat Yai I will... อ่านต่อ
