Avoid It

I had to change my room twice because of broken TV and air-conditioner but the staff were unapologetic! The male receptionist and the old lady were rude and arrogant. They need to learn a thing or two about customer service. The advertisement was misleading as not all the rooms are with balconies. The linen was bad and the bed hard. Don't stay here if you can. There are many other hotels near it.

Simple and near by beach
well suits to solo travellers. it is located near by beach and accessable to everything what u need there. breakfast is simple and staff ok.

Good location and value
No lift. Not maintained well. Mother and daughter management were reasonably helpful.
