One of the best locations in Pattaya for price. Friendly staff, went over and above.

Location, restaurant and staff. Very helpful and friendly reception lady. Treated me like family. Took care of things like laundry without me having to ask. No rip offs or scams. No hassle place, clean and tidy. Room was spotless every day. Not the most luxurious place in Pattaya but with a 1 minute walk to beach and right in the heart of the entertainment areas with food, western food and drink chains, bars, massage, hair salin/barbers and a thriving Thai community with street food, pharmacy, 7-11, post office and even a Thai style eatery for the locals and tourists right on your doorstep you can't go wrong. Already recommended to a friend who visits Pattaya next month. I will stay here again for sure

Good Hotel with pool near to beach and with breakfast

Good value, Good location
We had a nice stay at this place. I would recommend the VIP rooms because otherwise you will end up in a guesthouse-like room, which is fine if you're on a low budget. Will come back again.
