Best location in pattaya, 7-11 just in front of hotel, MC Donald at the corner of the street, very quite and clean street, hotel is very much guest friendly, Staff is very help full. Will stay here again.

Excellent budget hotel near beach

The room was old
The room was old and the wall paint was tearing down. The wifi was bad too. Sound proof was really bad. I will not stay there again.
