Very good value.

PRO: Very clean, daily housekeeping, comfortable bed, room and bathroom. Good Aircon, Cable TV. Location close to Esplanade action yet is quiet enough to sleep. Close to shops , food, ATMs, breakfast is good for this budget level. CON: Wifi does Not work from the Rooms, only in Reception area. Still good value.

Perfect overnight stop

Budget hotel, better than most
Clean and well located. Guest friendly, good wifi, aircon and showers. Probably the best budget hotel I stayed in in Pattaya. Was there for 5 weeks, exhausting.
