The air condition is not cold is many room. The owner is not care to take the customer.

When we check in at hotel start to open the air condition at 18.00pm. AND waite for 2-3 hours still hotter than the weather outside the room try to change many room but same problem. I try to talk to hotel owner he said the air condition is like this. Try to tell us move to other hotel but we have some business with in that area. We asked for refund 1 nights but the owner said no because the air condition is already good. This hotel should not in the list of agoda.com because it is no standard to serve the customer. The owner of business is not responsible for any complain. We pay the money but can not stay at Noble Tarntong boutiques hotel but we have to move to other hotel. So for other guest information DON'T DO BOOKING AT NOBLE TARNTONG BOUTIQUE HOTEL CHIANG MAI other wise you pay money but can not sleep at hotel.

Noisy AC
Really nice little hotel with good staff. Breakfast was good (egg, ham, toast). Biggest complaint... the AC (which appears new) was making a constant "clacking" sound (kind of like plastic cracking) ... อ่านต่อ

Good value for money.
Great location, close to market. Okay price. Quiet rooms. Little smelly from bathroom sinks (just place the bin above the shower sink). Very nice staff.
