Great holiday family hotel

Had a great 10 days here at the Novotel. The place was extremely clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Great place. The only negative for me was that the hotel is situated in Surin Beach, this place is like a ghost town these days. So I’d probably stay somewhere a little busier next time. But if you’re looking for a quiet stress free holiday, you will enjoy the Novotel.

Not much in surin beach
Surin beach has changed there are no markets or restaurants left on the beach now. We walked into bang tao for meals and water sports. Good 15 min walk. Good nassage spas close. Need a shuttle into ... อ่านต่อ

Not worth it
Moldy shower, wrong toilet seat, over priced for the facilities. Oh and getting food near the pool is a pain cause some people act lazy.

Worn and dated!
Room was very worn and dated and very hard mattress. I would not recommend this hotel!

Good
We have pleasant stayed even a night. Overall is good but building getting ages and need to renovate. Less car park.
