Not a word...really awesome for family. More fun for kids.my children's are really enjoyed.

Novotel...its a great resort for family with young kids.when we check in...the reception staffs are fastly working for accommodate rooms.next we entered room..and see the bathroom... Really shocked ..because the health faucet not in European toilet,only tissue roll provided. But we (indians)need for water wash after using toilet.so we informed and asked about health faucet in reception. We never expect ..immediately they arranged the engineer with plumber.they fastly altered the closet with water faucet. Really... Really.. Really..never expect this best hospitality from this hotel.no words.we both families are happy. And funniest kids zone,games,entertainments for kids awesome. In Breakfast so many items..so happy.the swimming pool is friendly for my childrens.they enjoyed the swimming pool with games.I strongly recommend this hotel to all country people. Near by good massage centres, shops,taxi availability and surin beach.MY NEXT VISIT TO PHUKET DEFINETLY WITH NOVOTEL.Thanks novotel.

Not impressed at all!!

Great family hotel
awesome hotel with lots to do. Beach is not that great, and the location is far from major attraction.
