Lovely staff and good stay for families

We had booked a family suite and the room was spacious, with 2 TVs and free wifi. All good, but worth pointing out that family suite does not have bunk beds in the living room - that will only be set up upon request. We were given a sofa (single bed-sized with a pull out drawer with another mattress), a small pop-up tent and a stuffed toy for the small one. The balcony is huge and good for hanging our laundry! My biggest gripe is with the shower as it does not have a door and the bathroom door opens into it. Also, the platform in the shower lacks proper drainage with the water from the shower pooling on it. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the room.
There are plenty to keep kids entertained, with Kids World and the pools. Sadly, during the time of our stay, Kids World was being renovated and though there was a make-shift version in one of the suites, it was disappointing. There are more shops being built, though.
Best feature would be the staff who are friendly and nice.

Well kept rooms

Great for families
Eventhough we didn’t get the right room in the first place and we had to call for housekeeping twice, I would still go back there.
