The best ever duty manager and all staff including security and house keeping

Your duty manager, security and house keeping people saved my life. I got into problem with some people in hotel who were part of our group, but not my family members, and I wanted to get out of the hotel. But these people were sitting at lobby thinking that they ll catch me at main lobby. But we called duty manager and explained him the whole story, he was so nice, he managed to get me out of hotel from staff entrance. I can never forget novotel hotel in my entire life. When I told about this incident to my friends and families, they even said thanks to novotel Phuket. Thank u thank u..........
