No staff on arrival, another angry guest in reception

Having booked the room and sating what time we would arrive, no staff were there for us to check in. There was another two guests arguing outside, one helped us to call the staff, the other continued in his unpleasant manner. When the staff arrived she offered us a room with only a cold shower which we did not want and after that we had to accept a room with two single beds instead of a double as we originally booked. Very disappointing and not a stress I want on holiday.

Very good place a little bit far from the beach (15 / 20 minutes walking) but clean, air con, friendly staff. I recommand for the low price

New building, bright spacious and clean. A 20-25 minute walk to Surin Beach and restaurants.
If you don’t like walking backroads rent a scooter. Max on the front desk was very helpful! Price was good too.
