Villa not ready for visitors,main door and most room door locks broken,not safe, can't keep property in villa.Need to bring all valuables out. Or owner requested us stay to wait someone for fixing locks.Owner not honest,tried to ask us pay more for excessive electricity charge.When we check in,staff told us how it will be charged if excessive electricity use at the end and we took a photo on the electricity meter for record.When we check out,owner requested us to pay for excessive electricity used which cost about HKD 800. After we check the electricity meter,we discovered that we did not exceed the number shown on agreement.Owner still insisted to charge us unreasonably but offered a discount.We reject to pay at last.For those who decided to stay in this villa should be very careful,get ready to bring all your belongings out as the gate was short and all locks were broken that someone can easily go inside.Also,get ready to pay extra money for whatever reason. Not recommended to stay.
