They don't seem to care.

I got in late and the woman who checked me in, despite my having asked in advance for help booking a minivan the next morning (and having readily gotten that help elsewhere), truly did not seem to give a damn whether I figured it out or not--she just told me to walk down the street and find an agency. That did not work, and not-fun experiences ensued. There were cute aspects to the room but the sewagey bathroom smell was also quite difficult. I was hoping for a retreat, but I would not come back here.
