Booked villa by pool they never delivered on that and told me they were full one nice lady did try to juggle things however could only offer our last night in there so didn't bother the trash was still in the bins from previous tenants the kitchens are terrible and the villa smelt fusty bedding was torn and old security is not good Mosquitos are rife air con is basic and old...showers poor ..breakfast is basic egg fryer does not keep eggs hot unless u want to wait in large queue ...would not book again I booked with my Thai wife and family they were all disappointed and they were the reason I never kicked off and demanded a discount or refund ...if u want basic book but this is not value for money by pattaya standards ....incidently I don't normally review I am easy going but felt I would inform people about my experience

Valuable
