Insane staff.

Disappointing and aggravating arrival and check-in. Staff were extremely silly acting. If I had not told them they would have photocopied one of my Afghanistan Visas instead of the official cover page and my current Thai Residency Visa.
When we asked them if they received our request (which was for non-smoking rooms and a marital bed in one of the two rooms) they quickly answered yes that they had... however, when we finally got into our rooms we discovered that they had not. When asked about this they said someone else received it, not them, which made absolutely no sense to us. Oh my, foolish.
Had to walk back to the main lobby in the pouring rain to get correct key cards. They acted as if I have never used a key card in my life before realizing that the cards were not coded correctly. Ended up needing entirely new cards to boot!
Premium Rooms were very large, spacious, and clean. Very nice mountain and garden views from two huge windows. Pleasant garden area.

Overpriced and dirty

Decent place to stay if you drive

Very noisy
The restaurant always got party, the noise until late night and my babies cant sleep. Location not so good for those who got no car.

Good resort
Resort is good. But breakfast was poor.May be due to low visitors in pandemic time.Swimming pool is bit small than in picture.

The resort is really big. My friends and I don't actually have time to walk around. The room is like standard. The sink is a bit old.
