Not worth the money!

Pros: good facilities and decoration.

Cons: CANNOT meet the services standard of a five star resort for the money charged, e.g:

1. we checked in in the early morning and left the luggage in the hotel, and specific requested to deliver the luggage when the rooms were ready.
They were NOT able to manage to get the rooms ready and deliver the luggage to the rooms during the day. When we went back at night, the rooms were not assigned and the luggage were still at the storage room!!! And even worse, the staff at front desk with poor English didn't understand what we requested and why we were angry!!

2. The daily housekeeping services were VERY POOR without proper training! You may find dirty towel left or not replaced, no refill of drinking water, and etc..

3. No express checkout and the hotel need to check the room before the guests can leave.

I definitely will not stay here again or recommend this hotel to any of my friends!

Very nice hotel, close to a mosque

Excellent but...
