Family Stay

We stayed in 1 bedroom premier and the room was spacious, very clean and modern. It's a big plus that they have a washer and dryer in the room. BTS Ekkamai station and the shopping mall is within walking distance. The restaurant at the hotel was okay. Japanese restaurant next door is pretty good and the Coffee House (5 min walk) has great breakfast. There is a play ground and a pool which my kids really loved. Avoid the spa at any cost. I had a facial and 90minutes massage but it was just okay. During eyebrow waxing, the lady used cold wax (supposed to be warm) and ripped my skin off in few spots that it was bleeding. When I went back later to tell them, she didn't even apologize and told me to put aloe vera gel. It's been few weeks but I still have a small scar on my face. Overall hotel experience was good.
