good stay

Room : I sent email in advance with my requests that I wanted a big room with window. I got quite very big room for myself but no window. However the room was nicely furnished and clean. At the common area no tea bags. it standard thing that hotel provides for the guests so too bad for tea people. During check in , I got a voucher to get a welcome drink + 10 mins free head /shoulder massage. Location and shuttle bus service : Location is quite a walk from the main sukhumvit road. It isnt bad to walk without luggage . No pick up service but only drop off service some locations near by. When I checked out 30 mins before shuttle bus time I told the reception that I need a shuttle at 10 AM to BTS, she saw my luggage and called to let the shuttle know. Shuttle van arrived with no space reserved for my bag, only 1 space to sit. Van driver said I had to wait til the next round (1 hr later) or taxi. So I wasted my time waiting for shuttle van and ended up taking taxi without responsibility
