Great value but beware of extras

I was able to secure a very decent price for a solo room single bed at Building C. Overall it was a great experience except when it came to extras such as room service and laundry. laundry costs were exorbitant (2000 baht for a medium bag) and the food service was costly as well. I also happened to move the TV to fit my extra luggage and was warned about a 25,000 baht fine if I damaged it which is about 10 times what the small TV is worth. budget-conscious travelers be wary. Everything else was great.
