New & Modern Room but Service is not at a Hotel Standard

Staff and their services are not at a hotel standard. They keep asking me everyday what I'm doing here although I stayed there for a week. And the parking space is limited as they have conference happening with reserved parking lots.

Is ok, pls keep pool water constantly changed as it gets mirky, and cabinet joints in the rooms some are loosen. Else is a perfect place
