Clean & modern, friendly & helpful staff, kids pool & playground

+ 7-11 in ca. 3 min walk, Big C in ca. 10 min + BTS Ekkamai (there is a shopping mall opposite) in ca. 10, with kid & luggage 20 min - sidewalks are not ideal for stroller, but manageable off traffic hour. + nice clean pool and kids play ground + complimentary coffee/cacao machine, microwave oven & dish
- stagnant air smell in the room - no site plan nor obvious sign to the lobby building, needed the help of the personal at the gate (the lady was very nice and helped us with the luggage without being asked to)
limited breakfast choice, but tasty

Everything can't be done except the receptionist.
