Everything can't be done except the receptionist.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean, and comfortable. But maybe except the receptionist's attitude. The attitude is unfriendly, not open, not fun. They look tired, not hospitable. . I have to book 2 rooms for one night on my arrival at Bkk. It is inconvenient and uncomfortable with their service attitude.
