coldest pool ever!!!

I chose this hotel because of the lovely pictures, the great reviews and because it had a pool. Everything was great except the pool. It was so cold it was almost impossible to get in. After a long day of exploring Chiang Mai (which is the greatest!!!), all I wanted to do was swim. Unfortunately I simply couldn't. Big, big disappointment. If I wanted a hotel without a pool I could have saved a lot of money. Staff were lovely, room was lovely, location was awesome.
