Our grand deluxe room was a good size, clean and well equipped, including beach towels and a large bathtub on the veranda of our ground floor room. Taking a bath wasn't particularly private as people can see into the veranda!!! Could do with a curtain across the entrance!. Breakfast in the poolside restaurant was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main beach at Aonang, but with plenty of restaurants and bars on route. Next to the hotel is a really nice Night Market where food is cooked to order. We ate there a few times and was pleased with the quality and price. You can also get alcoholic drinks at the nightnarket and there is a covered area of tables and chairs to eat your meal. We stayed out of season and there were several rennovations taking place in public areas which clearly would be complete by the high season. The hotel runs a free shuttle service to the beach at 10am, 1.30pm, 3pm and 5pm... but no return service!
