front desk staff

front desk s very polite and fast response. we got a room in which hot water didnt work and ac wasnt cooling enough. after talking to the front desk - they sent techintians to fiix and after they couldnt fix it on the spot- the nice lady from front desk - SIRIT -replaced our room to good one . as result from her kind and effective help - we extended the stay to one more night. breakfast is good and amazing bay view.
