The location and the hotel is decent. But if you, like us,are travelling to Thailand for the love and hospitality, please look elsewhere.
The staff right from the reception to the bell boys are all outright grumpy and bordering rude..what happened to the land of smiles?!
We were working out in the gym..my wife finished working out and was just waiting for me at the chair...when an attendent who was nowhere untill now suddenly appeared and started yelling at her for not wearing shoes..we tried explaining to him that she just finished her workout and just removed shoes ..he did not bother listening..then he started started yelling for using the towels of the gym..I had to intervene and show him her bloody workout shoes to make him finally understand..
Our point is ...there is a language barrier...you don't understand english..it's okay..respect your limitations and ask before you start howling
We paid for breakfast...but the guy said it doesnt show on his records ...ill managed hotel
