Receptionist need to improve!

Bad service & bad receptionist. This is my 2nd visit the same hotel a little disappointed. Initially room that we took, the toilet is smells really badly.. even after the house keeping did some detergent to clear the smells but still the same. So we request to change room, but the staff change our room to a smaller room which is 2nd floor but our room is suppose to be ground floor. So after the staff communicate to each other’s then they willing to give us a proper room. The receptionist kind a little selfish need to improve.

Poor value for money
