Room 403 - time to change room now!

If you are in room 403, please ask for a better room. I got attack by bed bugs while asleep thankful my partner realise and she called reception at 2.30am to get room change. They then changed us to room 509 which there aren’t any hot water to begin with. Aside from that, the toilet stinks of sewer smells so keep your door close at all time if not the smell will enter your room. The only saving grace about this place is it’s location, if you aren’t too focus on location maybe you should look for somewhere better if you are staying for a longer period of time. All in all, would not recommend the place sadly.

Lovely hotel
Great value for money, nice size room with big balcony, good location and lovely pool. Would highly recommend when staying in phi phi.

Superb Hotel and Convenient

Fantastic location
