A True Gem!

This is one of those situations where you're not sure you want to give Maryo the review it deserves because you're afraid it will be full the next time you want to visit. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and chic. The staff was gracious and helpful. The slightly lower rating on location is due to the fact that you really have to have a ride to get to the center of town. However the hotel runs a shuttle on the hour and it is nice to be away from the noise of the Night Bazaar. The only criticism I might offer is the food. It is not great. However there are a multitude of inexpensive places to eat surrounding the hotel, from street vendors to sit-down restaurants, so it is not a factor unless you consider the very slight inconvenience.

Bad customer service
The hotel only allowed to check in after 5pm instead of 1:30pm. Bad customer service. They provided broken kettle in the room and claimed we broke the kettle when we asked for replacement. Cleanlin... อ่านต่อ

Sleep in play group!!
We stay there for one night !!! Alot of noise!!! With chinese group stay next door & above floor!!! Can’ t sleep!!!! I hope not to stay this hotel any more.
