We had some trouble with a passport and we got more help than we could have ever asked for.

The staff was amazing, so caring and wanted us to have a great stay at their hotel. We had two amazing days. Very close to a beautiful beach and many restaurants to choose between. Also very delicious breakfast where you could choose between many options. If I go back to Koh Samui I will definitely come back to this hotel!
