Beautiful location, clean rooms, horrible service

Even with such beautiful surroundings, the service can really make or break a stay. And it did for us. It was very difficult to get any of the staff's attention during any meals or for any assistance. Asking for anything extra (another towel, for example) would result in a sneer and a rejection. They tried to charge us for a glass that was broken when we checked in. Very lovely location, wonderful scenery, clean and tidy rooms, but the staff we encountered really had a bad attitude. Even though we are very polite and tip well!

Quiet hotel
