All the staff were very friendly and helpful as they could be. Limited staff with English proficiency so it made it hard for us to communicate at times or it lead to miscommunications and misunderstandings. Overall, our experience was very nice. The welcome in the lobby and in our room was very nice after all our travels that day. It was nice just to have everything nice and ready for us. The breakfast buffet options are we’re t bad. Options to have noodles and soup (similar to Vietnamese pho), eggs Benedict’s, omelettes, Thai iced tea, etc. The pool and the swim up bar in the pool is nice plus it offered a happy hour. Would recommend to others and stay again. Liked it much more than the other property we stayed at in Krabi. Having an elevator was a key reason!

Everything is good except from the elevator

Beautiful place
