Not very efficient management

I am right before the check in time but I found that some people could check in to their rooms. However for me I had to wait until almost 2 PM to check into my room due to the miscommunication of the staff. They were quite unfriendly and couldn’t decide which room I should go in. Someone took me to the room but the maid was inside and I could not go and yet so that left me in front of the room and went down and no one came back. If anyone planning to go to this hotel during the wedding day you have to be ready not to get a room until late afternoon.

Not very clean

Aircon loud difficult to sleep. No english tv station was a bummer with a nice tv. Bed nice and facilities nice. Helpful staff. Breakfast was jus OK. For the price decent value and location.

not fitted for family stay
so far we were having a bad experience with the breakfast staff as they assigned a student trainee to just stand nearby guests without any useful information or even serve us well.
