I arrived around 9.30pm. The small road into the hotel was wet and dirty, if you’ve just washed your car you’ll need to do it again. The car park was already full. It was difficult to drive through it. I can’t imagine how they managed to fit so many parking spots in such a small space. I parked across the road in another car park owned by the hotel. The reception is very small, checking in was fine. The room looked fine when I got to it. There is no restaurant in the hotel and none close by, there is nothing close by. I went to bed and tried to sleep. Every 5 minutes or so what sounded like a pump started behind the headboard of the bed. It would cut out after about 1 minute. I turned off the aircon thinking it was the compressor but it didn’t help. I turned off the water heater in the bathroom it still happened. I’m the end I moved the pillow to the other end of the bed with my feet at the headboard. This helped me sleep better. Will I return to this hotel... no way, very poor value .
