Worst experience ever

i booked 2 nights with Breakfast included. The breakfast experience had ruined everything else.

At the breakfast place,they served hot meal (have to filled in order form the night before) ,a fridge which placed the drinks , fruits and brownies, alongside with a table which placed the cereal and bread.Well ,everything was free apart from the brownie, which I only know until I finished my breakfast and they get me the bill of 99.5baht

Since they've put all the food together, with no price tag and label inside/nearby. There's nothing to tell the difference between the "free food" and "non-free food" .

I had complained to the staff but they did nothing to solve the problem.It's totally not about the value I have to pay but the way they charged, "I was made to be paid for the stuff which I unexpectedly got charge without even knowing the price", Its totally ridiculous ,afterall its just cheating ok?

Not bad, has a clinical feel to though.

Decent place with a reasonable breakfast.
Quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Pool is small, but still nice for a quick cool down. Lots of less expensive options, but for a clean, safe, nicely equipped room we were happy to pay the b... อ่านต่อ

Wonderful base for exploring Chiang Mai
This is an excellent hotel. The room was attractive and clean, and the staff impressed.

Great boutique hotel
Great little hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the major attractions and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
