air con problem

the chekc is fast n easy access room , water bottle settle just one bottle per day i think its house keeping mistake , the air con in room is very hot , if you ask for fix the receptionist will give you a fan instand but she is very polite n kind, for little kids and family , short stop in phuket town , breakfast is in a set menu
