Exceptional service

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom family suite upon check-in. Feeling hungry, we dropped our bags and went out for lunch. Upon returning to our room, there was kind of a sewage smell lingering in the room. I requested for a room change, without any hesitation, the staff quickly assisted us with the bags and changed our room. In the new room, I realised the door separating the 2 rooms is just a glass door. So no privacy between the 2 rooms. The staff immediately realised the inconvenience and called front desk for 2 separate rooms. Due to high house, they don't have 2 separate rooms. I suggested to cover the glass door and they immediately jumped into action and brought the stuff to cover up the glass door. Before they leave the room, I asked for extra towels and blanket as there were 5 of us. They brought additional bath towel, blanket and face towel, toothbrush and water. Truly great service!!!
