You’re paying for just the location

Hotel is located in a very convenient location (walking distance of MRT / BTS / Terminal 21) however the hotel is a lot more run down than it seems. Draining issue in the shower and left the entire bathroom drenched. Moved to another room after a ventilation issue where the room kept smelling like cigarettes - both me and my partner do not smoke and its a non smoking room. Deck chairs at the pool are quite old / stained / shabby. That being said the hotel staff were extremely helpful and were willing to help us out when needed.
