Very good trip and wonderful service

We had the surprise to be upgraded to a family room upon check in. We had room 204 hat had 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and one living room the bathroom with the master suite was a bathtube but had no hot water. The living room is very big, and the pillows and beds are really comfy. The sundeck and swimming pool are just wonderful and are offering a view of bangkok skyline.
Khun kit was a real gardian angel for my baby toddler, always smiling and offering top service. thumbs up, We will stay again!

Rooms are not soundproof
Please work on the soundproof. So annoying when we could her our neighbor scolding their kids or even closing the doors. Other than that, all good.

Great Location, Reasonable price and comfortable high class design

Greast location and value for money
Arte is a new hotel just opened in 2017. The room is very spacious and no noise as the hotel is tucked away from the main Sukhumvit Soi 19. Just a 6 minutes walk from BTS Asok station. Excellent loca... อ่านต่อ
