Can tell the hotel is old and we cannot even borrow an iron because was told there is only an iron in the hotel for guests, kind of ridiculous. Was highly recommended by friend but disappointed. They wanted to put us in a level 2 room which is very noisy even in the day then another room which was equally bad. After quite some time then they managed to give us a proper room. Although we booked a Deluxe room but because of all those issues we had to settle for a Superior room which is smaller. We had no choice because they kept insisting they have no other room. Location is very excellent
