Too overrated - bad hotel

This is a 3 star at best. Let me explain why: the room smelled horrible, like the sewer. The towels are old and torn up. There is much mold along the tiles in the bathroom. Room doesn’t feel clean. It’s really loud, so you hear the doors slamming and people talking outside your own room. On top of that; the TV turned itself on in the middle of the night. Don’t let the other reviews fool you - this hotel is so overrated. Two things were good though: the location (very close to BTS and terminal mall) and the rooftop pool and bar. We are not coming back to this hotel, it’s not worth the price we paid.

I have nothing to complaint especially staffs there are super friendly and helpful which made us a very enjoyable stay during our family trip.

Good location, 5 mins walk to terminal 21 Great swimming pool However the airconditioning system sometimes made the floor become wet

staff were friendly and nice, hotel was only a few minutes walking distance to bts asko which was cool despite the bumpy road really difficult for pulling suitcases
