New and clean yet far.

Location is 2.1km away from Central Festival Mall. Unless you rent your own private car, this is the best. But if you're relying on tuktuks or songthaews to get around, you might want to consider getting near Lee Gardens Plaza.
Facilities are brand new. Dental Kit, bathrobes and slippers are not provided.
Staff was nice. In general, locals there might not be the best in english but they try their best to understand you. Bring translators or thai dictionaries if possible for better understanding.
Breakfast was good. Fruits were really fresh!
Really nice experience, just the location. Tuktuk from Central Festival Mall is 200baht. Not negotiable.

Satisfied, clean and friendly staff.

it's my 1st time i don't like to stay in this hotel
