Staff makes noise outside the room(on concrete footpath) in the early morning

There is nothing to complain except the staff always make noise in the early morning, I believe they are just doing their work but the noise of dragging stuff on concrete footpath makes loud noise. especially when it's early morning.

Simple and Nice
