ยอดเยี่ยม

Stayed 2 nights at start of March and 2 more at end of March. The rooms are very good but are showing some wear, for instance the review room the vanity by the bath was peeling the vernier for the furniture, other than that pretty good. Breakfast buffet seems not to change much at all. I enjoyed my stay both times the front desk were excellent and housekeeping was also spot on. The only thing i did not like and spoke to the Management about it was how there is no flexibility in check in time. My flight arrived at 0400 and i was at the hotel at 6 am. Was told they could not give a room till 2 pm even though they had 4 available, Wanted 1500 Baht to check in early. I went exploring till about 11 am and was finally given a room about noon. Flew in from North America and all i really wanted was sleep. Made the argument with the manager that if i flew in at 2300 there would be no problem. I understand the policy but still think there should be some flexibility..
