Some staff were excellent, some staff were very poor. The breakfast was ordinary and cold. Ate elsewhere after second day. The bed was the worst bitumen I have ever slept on. Only thing missing was gravel rash. The location was great on a plus side but not a 4 star in my opinion.

Lovely hotel

4 star hotel feel like a 3 star hotel

Good location , very convenience to BTS Nana station, hotel provide the shuttle car to the station also. The room is big and clean, the breakfast is fine!
