Way over priced !

Booked a last minute Superior room and got a decent price luckily from Agoda as the advertised price of 5500 baht on their website must be a joke. I contacted them and asked if I could have a street view from the balcony and received a reply that the room was on the 1st floor, we only realized after check-in that the room was behind the reception area on the Ground floor. I wish I could post a photo of the balcony as we had no view whatsoever and couldn't open the balcony door due to the mosquito's.
There is a non-negotiable 2000 baht fee upon check-in,the fridge in the room however was empty so I'm a bit lost as to why such a high deposit. I was also able to pick up the Safe and walk around with it as it wasn't bolted down. We asked for the room to be cleaned 2 days in a row at 11am when we left the room, we were called at 15:30pm asking if we wanted the room cleaned. You have to walk to the entry to turn the lights off at night. No way would I pay 5500 baht for this room!
