Lovely hotel and well located in the old town. The staff were lovely. A special mention must be made of the manager, Jon, who went out of his way to help us with absolutely everything he could. He organised activities for us, gave great advice on locations for all the shopping, restaurants etc and even helped us find accommodation for the next area we stayed in in Chaing Mai! Some of the best service I think I’ve received anywhere in the world yet! And I have travelled to many places and am comparing his to other five star resorts. Thanks Jon! We’ll be back (Emily and Regan)
