If you decide to stay at this stunning hotel, please book onto a cookery course that Jon runs with his team. You learn to cook an authentic Thai meal in a small group that will include other guests staying at the hotel. Jon and his team have a bond that is a privilege to witness and be part of.
When our holiday came to an end, I said goodbye to Jon accepting that they had stolen a part of my heart and that I would want to return to his family again and again.
