Lovely boutique hotel with a lot of character

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at 99 The Heritage hotel! The hotel is all I thought it would be and more. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They automatically approached us to see what was wrong (since we were sitting and waiting for our tour guide for 30 mins+) and kindly helped us out.
The whole hotel complex is well designed and tastefully fitted. The rooms were spacious and clean with a complimentary mini bar (excluding beers)! Before booking I was a bit concerned as someone reviewed poorly on the beds as they were "too hard" for them. I had a completely different experience!!! The beds were great.
The hotel has a free bicycle hire and free refreshments (water, healthy drink of the day and other assortments), sandwiches and fruit platters. Bare in mind that the room isn't equaled with an ironing set (which is negligible if you're using their laundry service).

We loved this hotel - location was great to see the Old City.
